Q Ware CMMS provides individual accounts for employees to be able to submit and manage their requests. Work orders are funneled into a single workspace that makes it easy for maintenance teams to manage on a day-to-day. Requester accounts are free and unlimited.
Work orders are tracked against each asset and location in the system allowing your team to show proof of compliance and generate reports showing common problems. Procedures can be uploaded to asset records to ensure work quality is consistent.
Work order schedules can be created against assets and locations using any time-based rules. Scheduled PM work orders are generated automatically and contain asset demographics, documentation, and procedures for completing maintenance tasks.
Q Ware inventory management integrates with work orders and assets to easily track costs and consumption as well as assign parts to specific assets for quick reference. Reorder points and email recipients can be set to send reminders when stock levels get low.
Barcoding assets allows your team to quickly search for and access asset records from their mobile devices. Assets can be assigned barcodes either by scanning them in or allowing Q Ware to automatically generate unique QR codes and assign them for you.
The Q Ware document library stores digital copies of important documents and images such as parts lists, spec sheets, maintenance procedures, and asset photos. Once uploaded, files can be attached to other parts of the application via work orders, assets and more.
The Q Ware custom reporting tool allows your team to analyze your operational performance and manage costs. Graphs and charts can be added to reports to visualize your data, report settings can be saved to run them again later, and reports can be exported or printed.
Workflows for managing maintenance requests are customized for each Q Ware customer. Form fields, work order statuses, email templates and triggers, table views, and user privileges can all be set up to fit your unique operation. As your needs change, so will Q Ware.
Q Ware CMMS is a fully mobile application meaning it can be used anywhere from any device with a WiFi or data connection. Manage requests and run reports from your desk, on the go, or at home. Requesters can submit requests from their personal devices.
A dedicated customizable guest form allows anyone inside or outside of your organization to submit requests. Users are not required to log in to submit their request and the form link can be shared or embedded in web pages for easy access.
The work order features of Q Ware can be separated into individual "Service Areas" so multiple teams within your organization can have access to their own work queues. Only users belonging to a service area can view and manage work orders for it.
Checklists add verification and accountability to work orders by ensuring users are completing tasks. Checklist tasks can be assigned verification fields that track run times, completion dates, condition assessments, and more indicating they have been completed.
