Q Ware inventory management integrates with work orders and assets to easily track costs and consumption as well as assign parts to specific assets for quick reference. Reorder points and email recipients can be set to send reminders when stock levels get low.
Q Ware's event booking software provides administrators with the ability to manage event scheduling, approvals, and rental fees quickly and stress-free. Requesting an event is intuitive with automatic conflict checking, transparent fee schedules, and space availability tools.
Barcoding assets allows your team to quickly search for and access asset records from their mobile devices. Assets can be assigned barcodes either by scanning them in or allowing Q Ware to automatically generate unique QR codes and assign them for you.
The Q Ware document library stores digital copies of important documents and images such as parts lists, spec sheets, maintenance procedures, and asset photos. Once uploaded, files can be attached to other parts of the application via work orders, assets and more.
The Q Ware custom reporting tool allows your non profit team to analyze operational performance and manage costs. Graphs and charts can be added to reports to visualize your data, report settings can be saved to run them again later, and reports can be exported or printed.

The work order features of Q Ware can be separated into individual "Service Areas" so multiple teams within your organization can have access to their own work queues. Only users belonging to a service area can view and manage work orders for it.
Checklists add verification and accountability to work orders by ensuring users are completing tasks. Checklist tasks can be assigned verification fields that track run times, completion dates, condition assessments, and more indicating they have been completed.
